A lot of us started to enjoy photography during a trip. This is my case, and it is thanks to travels that photography became a true passion so quickly.
Traveling allows to see differently, to develop its own ideas and vision of the world, and to create a needed artistic maturity. Of course it serves ourselves but also people around us, whether they are those we observe and tell the story, or those who are here to see and listen the stories we have to share.
The boarder between street photography and travel photography is just an illusion because every photographer can use his trip as he wish to. I believe that it is easy to feel my influences in street photography into the travel photography I make, but it happens sometimes, may be often, that I wander off to other horizons, such as the beauty of a landscape and its nature around or a very special and meaningful architecture.
Anyway, you’ll find below what I call my “travel diaries”. Those are my footprints which testify that at some point in my life, I came to visit and discover these amazing world places. And I hope there will be more and more of them over the months and the years coming.
Such as old photo films that we find again after dozens of years, I wish that these photographs will help me to remember some day. I hope it will help me to think about the path that I had the chance to travel in this world, and that it will make me happy and grateful to have lived and enjoyed my own story.
